    London Presence is a leading Virtual Office provider. It operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of Westbury Chartered Accountants. Westbury also owns Companies Made Simple the Company Formation Agents. Westbury has been in business for some 70 years. London Presence was established in May 2001.
  2. Your Mail Forwarding Service is £15 per month what other charges are incurred for mail forwarding?
    The only other charges incurred are for: Mail forwarding, Postal cost of forwarding your mail to you, plus a handling charge of 10p per letter. We ask for £15 to be paid on your account for these. Parcels are forwarded at the cost of the parcel and a handling charge of £10.
  3. How often are fax forwarded?
    Faxes are forwarded as soon as received.
  4. Are there any set up charges?
    No.
  5. How long does it take to get the service up and running?
    Once payment has been received your service will be up and running often on the same day. See the section on how it works
  6. How often are telephone messages forwarded?
    Messages are forwarded as soon as they are received. Messages left for you are automatically sent on as an email file attachment to any email address to be listened to. Alternatively, messages can be sent to you as a text message to your mobile phone.

  8. Do you send mail on our behalf if we send mail to you to forward to our clients?
    Yes we do.
  9. What is the charge for mail forwarding?
    The cost for this part of the mail forwarding service is the cost of the mail to be forwarded and a handling charge of 10p per letter.
  10. How often is mail forwarded?
    Mail is forwarded as often as you require, whether it be as and when post arrives or once a week. The decision is yours.
  11. What costs are involved for changing the mail forwarding address?
    There is no charge for changing an address. Just email us with the new details.
  12. How much do you charge for the use of meeting rooms?
    The charge for the use of a meeting room is £20 per hour or part hour. Special rates are offered for half or full day usage.
  13. How much notice do you need for booking meeting rooms?
    You need to give at least 48 hours notice to book a room but we will try to accommodate requests at shorter notice.
  14. Do the meeting rooms have internet access?
    Yes
  15. Will we be provided with tea and coffee?
    Yes
  16. What happens if I want to cancel before my subscription ends?
    All you need to do is email us informing us of the date of cancellation. However no reimbursement of the initial subscription is made.

    No
