If you have a Mail Forwarding service or Virtual Office package with us, you can use our address (20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU), as your company’s contact address. This means you can give it out to your customers and other business contacts on your website, stationery and any printed materials you may use to advertise your business. But you can’t use it as your limited company’s registered office … unless you have the necessary registered office add-on service.
If you run your business as a limited company, you’re probably familiar with the term registered office. A registered office is the official address for a UK limited company (and must therefore be based in the UK). A business need not trade from its registered office – as long as any documents served at the address are delivered to the company directors.
Our Mail Forwarding and Virtual Office packages do not include the option to use our address as your company’s registered office.
However, if you would like to use our address as a registered office, you can pick up our registered office service from Company Formation MadeSimple.
