If you have a Mail Forwarding or Virtual Office service with London Presence, you have a number of “Mail Forwarding Options” – ie what we do with your mail once we receive it:

There are no cancellations fees with London Presence
If you wish to cancel your service with us, simply email your request to
[email protected] and we’ll take care of the rest. There is no cancellation fee for customers who wish to stop using their service/s with us.
Service refunds
Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for services that have already been used – in part or in full.
Postage deposits
If you are cancelling with us, we’ll happily refund any unused postage deposit, just as long as there are no outstanding payments due on your account.

a) We accept mail for your new business name
and/or
b) We answer calls in your new business name
To change your business name on your system, just contact us with the request and we’ll take care of the rest. Easy!

Luke celebrating Waitangi Day in London. At 6.2, Luke may stand tall in the office but this policeman makes him look like a Hobbit.

Just on the way to work you can see sights often shown on camera in films and TV shows – even sporting events, especially in 2012! The closest my hometown of Hamilton gets to being in view of the world is Hobbiton, and that’s still an hour’s drive away!”

Lizzie… in London!
“I have been in love with this fabulous city ever since I moved here just two years ago. Sure, I may grumble about the weather or roll my eyes at lost tourists but in my opinion, I’m living in the best city in the world!
So why do I love London?
There is never a shortage of things to do. Every single day, I could do something new, be it visiting a gallery, museum, concert or food market. I can fill my days with culture, food, history and music.
Never underestimate how much there is to do here.
One of my favourite quotes is by Samuel Johnson: “When a man is tired of London, he is tired of life”, I couldn’t have said it better myself Sam!
Being such a diverse city, there is literally every single type of food you can imagine just waiting to be discovered and eaten! And every culture is well represented. Since living here I’ve tried, Japanese sushi, South African biltong, Saffron ice cream, cornflake milkshakes, a bacon and egg cocktail and even experienced an American burger afternoon tea!
There is so much to do here and I can’t wait to see what this weekend has in store for me!”
