4 ways a phone answering service could help your business
The needs of a small business can vary enormously, particularly when you are trying to juggle a number of different things at any given time. For example, a small business owner can often be doing marketing, payroll, cash flow and chasing payment from a supplier simultaneously.
Mail Forwarding: Submitting your Proof of ID and Proof of Address
We require proof of ID and proof of address documentation from any customer who is signing up for a mail forwarding service.
We request this documentation after payment has been made and whilst you are entering your service information. However, if you are unable to upload the documentation at this stage, don’t worry, you can upload it later (although please note that your service will not be activated until all documentation has been received).
To upload documentation at a later stage, simply login at London Presence and you will be notified straightaway that we don’t have your proof of ID and proof of address:
Simply select “View My Details” next to this message, scroll down to “Documents” and select “Change”. You can then upload the documents. Your account will then be activated within roughly 24 hours.
See our FAQs for a list of our accepted proof of ID and proof of address documents.
