Registered Office
This is a term associated with limited companies – if your operation is not a limited company it’s not a term that’s relevant to you. The registered office is the official (as held by Companies House) address of a limited company; a company does not need to trade from or even be based at the address – the company simply needs to be contactable via mail from it. You can not use an address as a registered office without permission from the landlord.
We do offer a registered office service. With this service we allow you to use our address as your company’s registered office (for one year, a renewal is then required), we will also forward on any official government mail that we receive free of charge. Unless you are using this service in conjunction with a mail forwarding service, we will not forward on any other mail.

Mail Forwarding Service
A mail forwarding service is exactly that, a service whereby we forward your mail on to you. If you have our mail forwarding service you can give our address out to your contacts (via stationery etc). If you are trading as a limited company, you can not use our address as your company’s registered office unless you have the registered office service as well.

I hope that answers any questions you may have. If you do still have a question, simply leave a comment and we’ll be in touch.
