• Mailing Address
• Registered Office Address
With the Mailing Address service we will forward, or hold for collection, any regular mail that arrives at our office.
If you have the Mailing Address service on its own (our Just Scan, Mail Box Basic or Mail Box Plus packages) you are not able to use our address as your Registered Office (only relevant to Limited companies). Because of this we will not forward any official mail, such as Companies House or HMRC mail, on to you as it should not be getting sent to us.
Which brings us to the Registered Office Address service. With this service you are able to use our address as your Registered Office and we will forward on any official mail. Although please note, if you just have the Registered Office service and no Mailing Address, we will only forward on official mail.
As per usual, if you still have any questions, simply get in touch below.

I’m a U.S. citizen and am working on moving to the UK once I get a Visa (which can take a while). In the meantime I want to start creating credit in the UK but can’t do so without a mailing address. Could I use this service as my mailing address for any UK bank I would like to open an account with and get a credit card through?
Thanks,
Stephen
Hi Stephen,
I recommend contacting the banks individually. We’re happy for you to use our address as the mailing address (and give the address to banks), just as long as you don’t claim that it’s anything other than a mailing address (ie home address).
I hope that helps.
Mathew
We are LTD company from Poland, as we’d like to enter UK market, we would need to have our mail not only forwarded to us but also from us to UK clients. Is it possible?
I’m very sorry but sending mail on a company’s behalf is not a service that we offer.
Kind regards
Mathew
